Personal data provided through the contact email will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to the user's enquiry or request and maintaining any communication arising from it.

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily sending data through the contact email (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Data will be retained for the time necessary to attend to the request, and in any case for a maximum of one (1) year from the last communication with the user, except where there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention.
